We are pleased to announce the Baltimore Actors’ Theatre Conservatory Professional Development Program 2024-2025.
This program offers you the opportunity to immerse yourself in training for Musical Theatre through daily classes in Music, Drama, and Dance with a clear focus on your personal and professional development.
Through our twenty-year partnership with Trinity College London, you will earn college/university-level credentials that are recognized in over 65 countries. The usual timeline to earn these credentials is over a three-year period. This timeline can be adjusted with the applicant’s experience and previous training determined by audition and interview.
At the end of either the first or second year, depending on your progress, you will be examined by Trinity College London examiners which will provide you with an objective evaluation of your musical theatre skills. If successful, you will earn the Associate Diploma of Trinity College London in Musical Theatre Performance. This diploma is worth 60 college undergraduate credits or an Associate Degree in the United States.** At the conclusion of your program of studies, you should be prepared to be examined for the Licentiate Diploma of Trinity College London in Musical Theatre Performance. This is equivalent to 120 college undergraduate credits or a Bachelor’s Degree in the United States.**
This program is perfect for students who want to focus primarily on developing their skills in Musical Theatre Performance without any general academic requirements. This program also provides a unique opportunity to earn international performance credentials.
We know you will find the Professional Development Program to be both challenging and rewarding. We look forward to working with you to achieve your goal of being a well-prepared musical theatre artist.
